We’ve started our healthy salad boxes to add to our lunchtime trade, and this has also been added to the outside catering menu, some suggestions to follow:

• Butter bean and pesto salad with pomegranate and wilted rocket
• Roasted root vegetables with a honey and toasted seed dressing
• Wild rice salad with cranberry, mushroom and celery 
• Puy lentil and green vegetable salad with feta and mint
• Potato and broad been salad with fresh mint 
• Crunchy Thai slaw 
• Red Cabbage, beetroot and Balsamic Slaw
• Tomato, cucumber, quinoa and crouton salad with vinegarette
• Traditional Green Mixed Salad with cucumber and tomatoes 
• Pesto Verde & Cherry Tomato Pasta Salad with pine nuts
• Moroccan flavoured Couscous salad with fresh herbs and roasted vegetables
• Coleslaw
• Potato Salad
• Sweet mustard ketchup & Caper potato salad

All of the above salads are priced at £8-15 per dish and can serve 8/12 people.
