• Etorki – 200gms, pasteurised, NV, sheeps milk. A firm cheese made in the French Basque country of
the Pyrenees. Sweet and earthy.
• Selles sur Cher – 150gms, unpasteurised, NV, goats milk. Made in Sologne, Centre-Val de Loire.
A classic French goats milk cheese, succulent and velvety.
